⚫ The automatic material splice machine, for SMT automatic production line, does
not stop the production of rapid changing reel materials
⚫ Automatic detection of empty material position, accurate cutting, automatic
docking, and tape wrap connection to the same size of the head and tail of two
reels of material
⚫ The equipment has its own electrical box, high splice precision, machine pass
rate of more than 95%, automatic receiving after splicing
⚫ Applicable range of material reel: 8mm of paper tape and gum tape, 0.25 ~
1.3mm thickness
⚫ Splice cycle (C/T) : 6~8sec and 5-6sec
